How far ahead should I book?
Most weekday chairs are available three to five days out; Saturdays fill about two weeks ahead. Regulars on a Standing Chair never have to think about it — the shop holds their slot automatically on their cycle.
What happens if I’m running late?
Tell us by phone and we will protect what we can of your block. Under ten minutes we can usually deliver the full service; past that, your barber will offer the best version of the service that fits, or rebook you without a fee. If the shop is ever the one running late by more than ten minutes, the service is free.
